I think there are many people who are unsure about their future, and I think such people are often caught up in the notion of what they "should" do. We often hear phrases like "you should do it while you are young," but I think it is better to think of "what you want to do, do it now," rather than young or not so young.
What is necessary is to keep your antennae high so that you can immediately catch things and movements that match your interests. If we can get into the habit of reacting and moving immediately to things that interest us, life will be more enjoyable.
Defining Our Culture
We believe that if something is truly good or necessary, culture will be passed on not only within a country, but somewhere in the world. We also define culture as products, contents, and facilities that have been in existence for more than 30 years.
I hope that by promoting Japanese traditional crafts and small and medium-sized enterprises overseas, we can provide an opportunity for people to rediscover the value of Japan once again.
Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Project
From Thursday, November 12 to Saturday, November 28, 2020, we will be running a special campaign to make Nihonbashi delicious and enjoyable. We are looking for members of the media to participate in the opening event (held on November 12), where young masters of Nihonbashi will gather. On the day of the event, young masters from Nihonbashi's long-established restaurants and key persons from the middle wholesalers of the Toyosu market will talk about "What is the situation of Japanese foodstuffs due to the Corona disaster? In addition, they will share their cooking techniques and culinary culture that have been handed down since the Edo period. Please see below for an outline of the event.
President's Resume
We offer both corporate and individual services. For example, in our management consulting business for companies, we provide IT-focused management improvement (IT service management) in Yamagata Prefecture, Tochigi Prefecture, and Tokyo. We also provide in-house application development, web development, and are currently building an AI service.
We are also engaged in food culture business for general customers based on our restaurant "UUAN" in Yanaka, Taito-ku, Tokyo, etc. We plan to increase the number of restaurant outlets in our group companies by 2022.
